Scope and agreement

We provide educational advice and application support. Translation coordination, arrival support, airport reception or accommodation assistance are included only when expressly agreed in writing. Before you confirm, the written offer specifies the services, stages, fees, applicable taxes, third-party costs and payment dates. Website enquiries and the study planner do not themselves create a paid order.

Student responsibilities and external decisions

You must provide accurate documents and information in time and review submissions requiring your approval. We do not guarantee university admission, scholarships, visas, residence permits or immigration outcomes. Those decisions belong to the relevant authorities. A refusal alone does not entitle you to a refund for correctly completed agreed services; your rights concerning our own performance remain unaffected.

Statutory withdrawal

Where the statutory consumer right of withdrawal applies to a distance contract, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding the contract. Confirming an order or paying does not alone waive this right. Tell us clearly by email or WhatsApp before the deadline; using the sample below is optional. Any statutory extension remains applicable if required information was not supplied.

Starting during the withdrawal period

We start during the withdrawal period only at your express request after explaining the payment consequences. If you then withdraw, you pay only a lawful proportionate amount for services already supplied. Full performance ends the withdrawal right only if you expressly agreed to early performance and acknowledged beforehand that the right would end once the service was fully performed. General acceptance of these terms is not a substitute for that separate consent.

Cancellation and refunds

Fees for services fully and properly performed are not refundable merely because you change your mind, subject to mandatory legal rights. For cancellation before completion outside the statutory withdrawal period, we provide an itemised settlement for completed work and reasonable costs that may lawfully be charged. The full advance payment is not automatically forfeited. Any balance due to you is refunded. Statutory withdrawal refunds are made within 14 days of notification, using the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed without fees, subject to lawful proportionate deductions.

Third-party fees

University, translation and other third-party fees are disclosed and require your approval before we pay them on your behalf. Their refund rules and applicable law apply, without removing your rights against us. We do not automatically deduct third-party fees where the law requires us to refund them.

Complaints and applicable law

Send complaints or cancellation requests to Chevex.edu@gmail.com, describing the service and issue. We aim to reply within 14 days. If we fail to perform properly, your statutory remedies remain available. Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing agreement without lawful agreement.
