Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items, which will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
