The KMT 01 marks the beginning of CHEVEX's Egyptian-inspired collection. Rooted in heritage and reimagined through contemporary design, it features a meticulously hand-digitized embroidery of Tutankhamun's death mask—an enduring symbol of craftsmanship, legacy, and timeless artistry.

Founded by an Egyptian designer and developed in the Netherlands, CHEVEX bridges two worlds: the cultural depth of Ancient Egypt and the clean, understated language of modern European streetwear. Every detail is considered, allowing history to be worn with subtlety rather than spectacle.

Cut from heavyweight 280g/m² premium cotton, the KMT 01 is designed with a relaxed boxy silhouette, dropped shoulders, and a structured drape that improves with wear. The artwork is embroidered directly into the fabric using tone-matched thread, creating a tactile finish that cannot crack, peel, or fade like traditional prints.

Care Instructions

Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Wash with similar colors. Do not bleach, soak, rub, or wring. Hang dry away from direct sunlight. Iron or steam on low heat from the reverse side only. Do not iron directly over the embroidery. If tumble drying, use a low-temperature setting (maximum 30°C / 90°F).
